Required Before Event Planning
Deposit
Your event date is secured once the required reservation deposit is received and accepted.
Signed Agreement
The event agreement confirms the terms, approved use, deposits, and responsibilities.

Each event needs one main contact who can make decisions and coordinate with Bennu.

📍 Approved Areas
Your event may use only the spaces approved in writing. Private rooms, family areas, offices, storage, staff areas, and unapproved grounds should remain protected.
🚗 Parking & Guest Flow
Guests and vendors should park only in approved areas. Please keep driveways, gates, emergency routes, neighboring properties, roads, and service areas clear.
🧑🏾🍳 Vendors & Load-In
Vendors should be approved before event day. This includes caterers, food trucks, DJs, photographers, decorators, tent companies, performers, facilitators, and production crews.
🍽️ Food, Catering & Non-Vegan Disclosure
Bennu is a vegan-centered property. Non-vegan food may be accommodated for approved outdoor events with advance disclosure and separate food-service controls.
A 5% food service fee may apply to approved outside catering, food vendors, or non-vegan food service.
🍲 Kitchen Use
Kitchen access is available only when included in the booking or approved in writing. Kitchen use may be limited to staging, warming, plating, refrigeration, or approved preparation.
🪑 Tables, Chairs & Rentals
Tables, chairs, tents, stages, platforms, lighting, generators, and rental equipment should be approved before setup. Rental items should be returned clean, dry, and undamaged.
🌿 Lawns, Grounds & Outdoor Spaces
Please protect lawns, gardens, trees, paths, and landscaped areas. Excessive lawn damage may result in a minimum $200 resodding fee, plus additional repair or restoration costs if needed.
💧 Pond Area
The pond may be used as a scenic or gathering area when approved. Pond access does not include swimming, wading, boating, fishing, ritual immersion, floating objects, or water entry unless specifically approved.
🎶 Sound, Music & Quiet Hours
Amplified sound, DJs, bands, drumming, speakers, microphones, sound baths, chanting, and performances should be approved before the event. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM unless a stricter rule applies.
🎥 Filming, Photography & Media
Filming and photography are welcome when approved. Filming approval is normally granted only after the booking is confirmed by deposit and signed agreement.
Private family areas, restricted areas, staff-only areas, guest rooms, personal belongings, private conversations, and people who do not consent should not be filmed.
🕯️ Fire, Smoke & Ceremonial Materials
Fire, candles, incense, smoke, smudging, herbal burning, grills, heaters, fire pits, torches, fog, fireworks, and ceremonial flames require advance approval.
🧾 Permits, Insurance & Security
Some events may require permits, insurance, security, vendor documentation, food approvals, alcohol approvals, sound approvals, or additional planning. Bennu will let you know what is required based on your event.
🧹 Trash, Cleanup & Restoring the Space
The host is responsible for removing trash, food waste, vendor packaging, décor, rentals, signage, supplies, and personal items. Approved areas should be returned to their original condition unless another arrangement has been made.
